Matthew Eberhardt

Matthew Eberhardt is currently the Principal at Defense Industry Advisors, LLC, having previously served as President & CEO at Starwin Industries and ETI Tech, LLC. Prior to that, Matthew held the role of General Manager/Sr Director of Operations at General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems. With a background in business development and sales, Matthew has also worked as the VP of Sales and Marketing at Kilgore Flares Company, LLC. Before transitioning to the private sector, Matthew served as an Operations Officer in the US Navy for over two decades, with experience in nuclear operations and naval power school. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, a Master's in Business Administration, and has completed a program in Finance and Accounting at The Wharton School.
