Management and Strategy

The Management and Strategy team at the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) coordinates strategic initiatives and ensures operational efficiency to accelerate the adoption of commercial technology for national security. Led by the Chief of Staff, the team aligns program management, remote sensing projects, artificial intelligence/machine learning portfolios, and internal operations across people, finance, and management functions to address and solve critical defense challenges swiftly and effectively.
