Diana Lachappell

Diana Lachappell is a seasoned intelligence professional with extensive experience in defense intelligence and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Intelligence Analyst at the Defense Intelligence Agency since September 2012, Diana leads national-level all-source defense intelligence efforts and has revitalized the agency's relationships with key stakeholders within the Department of Defense. Prior to this role, Diana was the Defensive Space Control Intelligence Leader at JFCC Space, supporting the Joint Space Operational Command, and held various intelligence positions within the United States Air Force, including as an Intelligence Officer managing a significant budget. Diana began a career in finance as a Business Analyst at Franklin Templeton Investments, focusing on market analysis and investment strategies. Diana earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication Science from the Community College of the Air Force.
