Michael-Paul McKoy CW4(R) MBA has extensive experience in human resources and military operations, currently serving as Joint Forces Strength Manager at USCENTCOM since August 2018. Responsibilities include personnel accountability, database management, and readiness reporting while ensuring compliance with Department of Defense policies. Prior roles include Chief of the Military Operations Resource Center at the Defense Intelligence Agency and Senior Human Resource Warrant Officer for the Special Operations Joint Task Force in Iraq, overseeing a broad range of HR operations. Michael-Paul McKoy holds an MBA in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Columbia Southern University, as well as an Associate degree from Pierce Community College.
