Tia Jenkins

Tia Jenkins currently serves as the Senior Enlisted Leader for the Directorate for Operations Military Admin Teams at the Defense Intelligence Agency, overseeing a 16-member team that manages military resources for a substantial joint service member base. Previously, Tia held various leadership roles at the United States Department of Defense, including Superintendent of the Air Force Element and Section Chief for Career Development, where Tia provided critical administrative support and strategic direction to a large number of personnel across multiple commands. With extensive experience in military human resources and operations management, Tia has been instrumental in guiding HR initiatives and optimizing personnel management across diverse military settings. Education was completed at Ashford University from 2015 to 2021.
