David Sayre

David Sayre currently serves as the Deputy Director of DLA Training at the Defense Logistics Agency, focusing on workforce development for 27,000 global employees and leading a cross-functional team of over 190. Previously, David held the position of Senior Learning Manager at Park National Bank, where leadership development frameworks were designed for various employee levels. Other notable experiences include program management at The Air University, where David redesigned the curriculum for the Air Force Noncommissioned Officer Academy and supported virtual learning transitions during the pandemic.
