Elisa Peters

Elisa Peters has extensive experience in strategic analysis, program management, and project management. Elisa started their career at AFOTEC Det 3 as Chief of the Strategic and Tactical Communications Branch from 2005 to 2007. Elisa then moved on to HQ AFOTEC, where they served as Chief of the Project Management Division from 2007 to 2008. After that, they worked at MCR Federal, LLC as Manager of NAVAIR Programs from 2008 to 2012. In 2010, they joined Defense Logistics Agency as Deputy Director of Strategic Analysis and Enterprise Ops. In 2012, they transitioned to Sierra Management & Technologies Inc. as a Senior Program Manager.

Elisa Peters holds a Masters of Human Relations degree from the University of Oklahoma, which they obtained from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they earned a B.A. degree in Mathematics with a field of study in Chemistry from the University of Vermont between 1991 and 1995. Additionally, Elisa has obtained certifications in DAWIA Program Management Level I and DAWIA Test and Evaluation Level II from DAWIA.
