Nathan Won

Nathan Won serves as the Director of Customer Operations at the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Indo-Pacific, where responsibilities include overseeing customer support across various locations in the Asia-Pacific region. With experience as the principal DLA liaison to the Defense Health Agency and as a Logistics Management Specialist at DLA Logistics Information Services, Nathan has demonstrated expertise in logistics operations, planning, and strategic performance measurement. Prior to DLA, Nathan worked at BAE Systems as a Task Lead focusing on physical and information security. Nathan holds multiple degrees, including an M.B.A. in Global Management from The George Washington University and various executive leadership certificates from institutions such as Harvard Kennedy School and Cornell University.
