Ryan Hallisey

Ryan Hallisey possesses a robust legal background, currently serving as Assistant Counsel for Litigation at the Defense Logistics Agency since October 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Legal Fellow Attorney at Weitz & Luxenberg PC, and Immigration Law Clerk II at MacMurray & Associates. Ryan contributed to academia as a Research Assistant for Professor Alfred Yen and participated in the Juvenile Rights Advocacy Clinic while attending Boston College Law School, where a Juris Doctor (J.D.) was earned. Earlier experiences include internships at the Massachusetts Department of Revenue and Tompkins County District Attorney, along with a position as an Honors Student Employee at the University of Connecticut. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, and Finance from the University of Wollongong.
