Zach Witman

Zach Witman is an experienced Environmental Protection Specialist currently employed at the Defense Logistics Agency since October 2024. Previously, Zach held the position of Environmental Specialist with the U.S. Army Installation Management Command from January 2023 to October 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Lead Construction Inspector at Rodriguez Consulting LLC, where responsibilities involved overseeing private development inspections for the Philadelphia Water Department, and as a Utility Locating Technician at Underground Services, Inc. (SoftDig). Zach began the career as a Superintendent at Witman's Contracting, managing landscape and hardscape services for both residential and commercial clients. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from Thomas Edison State University and an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts from Delaware County Community College.
