John Goodman

John Goodman currently serves as the Chief of Technology Security & Foreign Disclosure at the Defense Technology Security Administration since January 2024. Prior to this role, John held the position of International Programs Integration Specialist at the Program Executive Office Soldier from May 2022 to January 2024, where John established a Foreign Military Sales program for an Army Program Office, creating a DoD Security Assistance organization from the ground up. From November 2014 to May 2022, John managed a branch of 30 employees at the Naval Supply Systems Command, providing supply support for Foreign Military Sales cases associated with multiple aircraft. John holds a Master of International Affairs in International Security Policy from Columbia University and a BSFS in International Relations with a focus on African Studies from Georgetown University.
