Edwina Marshall is an experienced Training Objective Manager at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency since October 2012, with a focus on planning and executing Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction events for Combatant Commands. In previous roles, Edwina served as a Lessons Learned Analyst at USAFE/AFAFRICA HQ, effectively developing and implementing lessons learned programs, and led the Interoperability Exercise Assessment Team at the Department of Defense, assessing the interoperability of systems in military exercises. Prior to that, Edwina worked at Camber Corporation, integrating DTRA METLs into NORTHCOM/SOUTHCOM exercises. Edwina holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree.
