Maureen Adams

Maureen Adams serves as a Security Control Assessor Representative at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency since January 2021. Prior to this role, Maureen had a diverse career with the US Army from October 2007 to January 2021, holding various positions including Information System Security Manager (ISSM), Cyber Security Specialist, and System Administrator, where responsibilities ranged from managing eMASS packages and risk management frameworks to providing customer support and assisting foreign satellite clients. Earlier experience includes a role as an Information Technology Specialist at the Department of Veterans Affairs from September 1996 to October 2004. Maureen Adams earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Workforce Education & Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, in 2003.
