Terry Koob

Terry Koob is an experienced program analyst at the Defense Travel Management Office since June 2018, where primary contributions include assisting with system issues and resolutions as part of the DTS Sustainment Integrated Product Team. Previously, Terry has served at CACI International Inc since September 2007, initially as a system administrator and progressing to a technical analyst role, followed by positions as the finance lead and technical lead for the Travel Assistance Center. In these roles, Terry has demonstrated strong leadership by training finance subject matter experts and general analysts, leading to improved performance in Service Level Agreements with government customers.
