Saetu Gigi Philip

Saetu Gigi Philip has three years of work experience. In 2021, they worked as an Operations Analyst at Deferit, where they improved operational efficiency and business performance by identifying and implementing techniques for automation, streamlining and optimization of business processes. Saetu also worked with complex data structures across multiple platforms to generate reports and analytics to support process improvement techniques and data-driven business decisions. In 2016, they worked as an Operations Executive at Careem, where they liaised with internal departments and external clients in order to produce effective customer solutions. Saetu also ensured all client interactions adhered to internal quality standards by meeting the KPIs assigned by direct management. In 2014, they worked as an Electrical Engineering Intern at V-Guard, where they worked as part of a multi-disciplinary team of engineers including electrical, mechanical and IT engineers for a new product development project. Saetu also assisted in the design and development of a new Inverter AC stabilizer and in hardware development and testing for the final prototype of AC stabilizer.

Saetu Gigi Philip obtained a Master of Engineering - MEng in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Wollongong between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University between 2012 and 2016. Saetu also obtained a High School degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from GEMS Education between 2008 and 2012. Additionally, Saetu Gigi Philip has obtained a Data Science & AI Certificate from IBM in May 2022, and an AutoCAD Certified Professional from Autodesk in July 2015.
