Paul Snow

Paul Snow is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in blockchain and software development. Currently serving as the CEO of IDD Labs since January 2024, Paul focuses on the Accumulate protocol and tokenization on EVM-based blockchains. Paul co-founded DTRules, an open-source Decision Table based Rules Engine, and has held prominent positions such as Chief Technology Officer at DeFi Devs, developing crypto technologies for market penetration. Previously, Paul was President of the Texas Bitcoin Conference, promoting cryptocurrency education, and founded Factom, where Paul served as CEO and Chief Architect, creating innovative blockchain solutions. Other roles include Chief Blockchain Scientist at Inveniam, Rules Management Chief Architect at SourcePulse, and Technical Lead at MAXIMUS. Paul holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree from Louisiana Tech University.
