Grant Phillips

Grant Phillips has been working in the field of employer relations and guidance for the past five years. Grant started their career at Defiance College in October 2010 as an employer relations coordinator. In this position, Grant worked with students to find jobs and internships that would benefit their degree and career experience. Grant also created advisory boards and oversight committees for every major at the college. Additionally, Grant offered students career guidance, interview skills, and resume critique.

In January 2012, Grant left Defiance College to become a partner at Hegemony Investments, LLC. However, they returned to the field of employer relations in January 2014 when they took a position at WOOO Radio Station. Most recently, Grant has been working as a trustee at Defiance College.

Grant Phillips has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Defiance College in the field of business.
