Harris Baltch

Harris Baltch is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and capital strategies. Since March 2020, Harris has served as Managing Director and Head of M&A and Capital Strategies at Dynasty Financial Partners, after previously holding the position of Director in the same division. Simultaneously, Harris has held the role of Head of M&A and Capital Strategies at Advisor Services Exchange and contributed as an Advisory Board Member at Defiance ETFs LLC since October 2019. Prior experience includes serving as an Executive Director at UBS, specializing in asset and wealth management, and providing financial advisory services at Houlihan Lokey. Harris began a career in finance at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where skills were developed in financial reporting and analysis. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a B.S. in Accounting from Binghamton University.
