Sean Pleiman

Sean Pleiman is a highly experienced Controls Engineer currently employed at Defiance Metal Products since October 2017. Prior to this role, Sean accumulated twenty years of expertise as an Electrical Controls Engineer at Kaufman Engineered Systems, where responsibilities included all stages of design and programming for custom packaging equipment serving various nationally recognized brands. Early career experiences include positions as an Electrical Engineering Intern and an Engineering Intern at Jeep, where contributions involved electrical schematics and quality improvement efforts based on JD Powers & Associates surveys. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Toledo, obtained in 1995.
