Lydia Schwartz has been working in the supply chain industry since 2015. Lydia began their career at Olek Provisions as a Supply Chain Specialist and has since moved on to become the Director of Supply Chain at Defiant Food Group in 2020.
Lydia Schwartz attended Pratt Institute from 1992 to 1994, studying Fine and Studio Arts. Lydia then attended Virginia Commonwealth University from 1995 to 1997, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture.
