Sylvia Mace has worked in a variety of customer service roles since 1984. Sylvia began their career as a Collections Supervisor at Overnite Transportation, followed by a Collections Specialist role at K-Line. In 2002, they moved to CPOR Inc. as a Customer Service representative, where they maintained the accounting framework for customers and supervised the warehouse and all shipping and receiving functions. In 2006, they joined Bizerba as a Customer Service representative, where they worked with the customer service department in working with SAP. In 2009, they moved to Olek Group Inc. as a Customer Service Manager, where they received all orders and worked with customers to make sure all orders were delivered on time. In 2010, they joined Olek Group, Inc. as an Office Manager. In 2014, they joined B & C Truck Sales, Inc. as a Credit Manager, where they sold Western Star Trucks, Rhodes Trailer & Truck Bodies, and offered parts sales and service. Most recently, in 2020, they joined DEFIANT FOOD GROUP as a Customer Service Manager.
Sylvia Mace earned their GED from Lee Davis High School in 1977 after studying General Studies. Sylvia also attended J Sargent Reynolds, though no degree or field of study was obtained. Additionally, they obtained a SPEC PRO 21 Certified certification.
