Mike Papale is the Manager of Community Relations at Defibtech, LLC since September 2020. Mike is also the President & CEO of In A Heartbeat, Inc. since July 2015, where Mike raises awareness about sudden cardiac arrest and Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. Mike has been a Motivational Speaker since March 2017 and has previous experience as an Assistant Basketball Coach at Southern Connecticut State University and Director of Men's Basketball Operations at Quinnipiac University. Mike also served as Assistant Coach at University of Massachusetts Lowell and Head Student-Manager at Quinnipiac University. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communications from Quinnipiac University.
