Liam Cunniffe possesses a diverse professional background in both the culinary and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as the Wine Manager at Define Food and Wine since March 2023, Liam previously held multiple roles at Northcote Hotel Ltd, including Head Sommelier, Assistant Head Sommelier, and Sommelier from March 2020 to December 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Fitness and Wellbeing Manager, as well as Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Manager at Nuffield Health from January 2017 to January 2020, and Sous Chef at Absolute Taste from September 2010 to August 2016.
