Georgia Brandão

Georgia Brandão's work experience begins in 2008 with a role as an Iniciação Científica at IAG - Escola de Negócios da PUC-Rio. In 2009, they became a Trainee at Eletrobras until 2010. From 2011 to 2011, they worked as an Administrative Analyst at AYASPA Wellness & Cosmetics. Then, from 2012 to 2015, they were an Administrative Analyst at Sumitomo Corporation. In 2017, they became a Talent Acquisition professional at Chance until 2018. In the same year, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Pionnier Atendimento Domiciliar. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Headhunter at Agnis - Executive Search, R&S, Coaching, and Outplacement. Since 2019, they have been working at Defined.ai, initially as a Talent Acquisition specialist, then as a Learning Specialist, and currently as a People Experience Specialist.

Georgia Brandão has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, which they completed from 2007 to 2010. In 2019 to 2020, they participated in the Erasmus Program at Universidade Europeia, studying Psychology. From 2017 to 2021, they pursued another Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Centro Universitário IBMR. Additionally, in 2011 to 2013, they obtained an MBA in People Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.

Georgia Brandão also holds additional certifications, including Instructional Design for e-Learning from Udemy, obtained in January 2021, and Creating a Team Culture of Continuous Learning from the University of Pennsylvania, obtained in November 2020.
