Teresa Lima de Andrade

Teresa Lima de Andrade has a diverse work experience in the finance and accounting field. Teresa first worked at KPMG Portugal as a Senior Auditor from September 2014 to March 2018. Teresa then joined Intersection Ventures as a Financial Controller in April 2018 and held that role until September 2019. Teresa's most recent position was at Defined.ai, where they started as an Accounting Lead in September 2019 and was promoted to Accounting Manager in September 2021. Currently, they hold the title of Head of Finance at Defined.ai since March 2022.

Teresa Lima de Andrade completed their Executive Master in Management with a specialization in Finance and Control at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management, which they attended from 2011 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Teresa has obtained various certifications and achievements. Teresa became a Certified Accountant from Ordem dos Contabilistas Certificados in October 2022. In 2014, they were recognized as the Best Student of the B.Sc. in Finance for the school year 2013-2014 by CAIXA GERAL DE DEPOSITOS, S.A. In 2013, they participated in the ISEG Management Challenge and secured the 5th place. Teresa also obtained the FCE - First Certificate in English from Cambridge University in 2010.
