David Medina

David Medina is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software development and information technology solutions. Currently serving as President and CEO of Defined Software Development, LLC since June 2011, David leads a consulting firm focused on providing IT solutions for both public and private sectors. Previous roles include Applications Development Manager at the Florida Department of Children and Families, System Administrator at the Florida Department of Education, and Senior Software Developer at the Florida House of Representatives. David's experience also includes positions as Business System Analyst at Boeing and Software Programmer at both BMI Systems and Capitol Preferred Insurance. David holds a degree in Management Information Systems and Computer Science from Florida State University, earned between 1997 and 2000.
