Atul has over 28 years of professional experience in the technology industry. Atul began their career in 1991 as a Systems Analyst at Arthur Andersen & Co. In 1995, they joined Ernst and Young as a Manager and was a key team member that spun off an application management company from Ernst and Young in 1999. Atul held the role of Senior Manager at EY Application Services (EYAS) from 1999-2002, and Service Delivery Manager at CapGemini Ernst and Young from 2002-2006. Atul then became Global Services Director, Cloud Services at Lawson Software from 2006-2010. From 2010-2016, Atul held the role of Cloud Delivery Director, Premier Maintained Applications and Managing Architect, Americas Office of CTO at Microsoft. In 2016, they joined ModernIT Consultancy LLC as a Cloud Delivery Architect / Partner. Atul was then Sr. Director / Engagement Partner at Cognizant from 2018-2019, and is currently Vice President of Customer Success at DeFiner.

Atul Dear obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Arts from Delhi University. Atul then went on to pursue a CCP in Computer Science from DePaul University. Finally, they completed their education with a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Liverpool.
