The Healthcare and Clinical Services Team at Defining Wellness Centers provides comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals facing mental health, chemical dependency, and dual diagnosis challenges. Comprised of a Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Service Director and Therapist, and Clinician, the team delivers a full continuum of care, including assessment, treatment, and ongoing support to promote holistic wellness.
