Phil Howe

Phil Howe currently holds the role of Account Director at ManTech Digital Transformation Consulting, after previously working at IBM Global Business Services for over 16 years. With a background in project management and leading various teams, Phil has extensive experience in the federal sector, particularly in finance and supply chain areas. Beginning their career at PwC, Phil has worked with a range of clients, including federal agencies and Fortune 500 companies. Graduating with a BS in Accounting from the University of Scranton, Phil brings a strong foundation of knowledge and expertise to their current role.
