David Lloyd has over three decades of experience in the technology solutions and service industry. Currently serving as the Director of Service at Definitive Technology Solutions since August 2004, David has developed expertise in managing service operations and improving client satisfaction. Prior to this role, David worked at Rhyme Business Products as a Senior Service Tech from March 1986 until August 2004, where skills in technical support and service delivery were honed.
