Dilupa Waidyatilake

Dilupa Waidyatilake is an experienced professional in the insurance and underwriting sector, currently serving as the Director of Regional Commercial Underwriting for Farm at Definity since May 2025. Prior to this role, Waidyatilake held the position of National Underwriting Operations Manager at Gore Mutual Insurance from July 2023 to May 2025 and managed Underwriting and Account Services at Agricorp, an Ontario government agency, from December 2016 to March 2023. Earlier career experiences include various managerial roles at Economical Insurance spanning from January 2006 to December 2016, and leadership positions at Sitel Group and Eureka Online.
