Donna Ince is a seasoned executive in the insurance industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer for Personal Insurance at Definity since September 2022. Previously, Donna held the position of Vice President of Personal Insurance Regional Operations at Economical Insurance and served in various leadership roles at RSA Canada, including Senior Vice President of Personal Insurance. With extensive experience in portfolio strategy, underwriting operations, and broker management, Donna oversaw P&L for significant personal insurance portfolios, managing a substantial broker network and driving profitable growth. Key achievements include stabilizing claims operations and contributing to revenue and underwriting profit within the Ontario region. Donna holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto, completed an Executive Development program at Ivey Business School, and earned the Chartered Director designation from McMaster University.
