Elizabeth Delbianco

Elizabeth (Betty) DelBianco has extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Elizabeth (Betty) began their career in 1986 at Bell Canada as a Senior Counsel, where they worked until 1998. In February 1998, they joined Celestica as an Executive Vice President and Chief Legal and Administrative Officer, eventually retiring as a Corporate Director and Retired Chief Legal and Administrative Officer in January 2021. In 2013, they joined Definity Financial as a Corporate Director and Chair of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee. Most recently, they worked as a Corporate Director at MindBeacon Holdings Inc. from May 2021 to January 2022.

Elizabeth (Betty) DelBianco has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Law, which they obtained from Queen's University from 1981 to 1984. Elizabeth (Betty) further pursued their education at the Ivey Business School at Western University, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 1995 to 1997. Before their postgraduate studies, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Hons) in English at the University of Toronto between 1977 and 1981. Additionally, Betty has obtained various certifications including the Directors' College Certificate from Stanford Law School (2017), Leadership Best Practices from Harvard Business School (2010), the Bar of New York from the New York State Bar Association (2000), and the Bar of Ontario from the Law Society of Ontario (1986).
