Rawan Ghuneim

Rawan Ghuneim is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Prosci® change management specialist currently serving as the Enterprise Change Management Lead at Definity since March 2024. Prior to this, Rawan held the position of Manager of Project Implementation & Governance - Commercial at Economical Insurance from June 2020 to March 2024, and worked as a Business Systems Analyst at Allianz, focusing on delivering business system analysis for financial services projects. Experience also includes roles at Sun Life Financial, where Rawan managed business requirements and project timelines, and at PepsiCo, supporting the transition of Account Receivable functions and training offshore teams. Rawan began a career in data integrity support as a Master Data Integrity Support/Analyst at AmerisourceBergen. Rawan holds a degree in Enterprise Business Management with a focus on E-Business from McMaster University.
