Ridhima Nangia

Ridhima Nangia is a seasoned Business Intelligence Manager with extensive experience in data-driven decision-making and analytics. Currently serving in dual roles at Definity and Economical Insurance since February 2022 and September 2019, respectively, Ridhima focuses on providing data, reporting, and business insights to enhance operational effectiveness across various corporate data sources. Prior roles include Head of Analytics at RSA, where Ridhima established the first analytics team in India, and Associate Director at American Express, where strategic dashboards and reports were developed to boost market performance. Ridhima's career also includes positions as a Business Analyst at WNS Global Services and Software Engineer at Steria. Ridhima holds a Master of Computer Applications from C-DAC and a Bachelor of Science in Computers from Delhi University.
