Roman Soltys

Roman Soltys is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems analysis and information technology, currently serving as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Definity since July 2021. At Definity, Roman collaborates with diverse teams to implement innovative systems solutions during a period of significant growth, applying agile methodologies and mentoring peers. Prior to this role, Roman spent two decades at Economical Insurance, advancing from Customer and Business Analyst positions to Information Technology Business Partner, where responsibilities included strategic project planning and portfolio support. Roman also has prior experience at Hewlett Packard in logistics and campaign coordination, and at Anthony Crawford & Associates, facilitating workshops and training professionals in requirements gathering.
