Srini Chelian

Srini Chelian is an accomplished technology executive currently serving as VP & Head of Technology for Definity, overseeing technology solutions for the Personal Insurance business. Previously, Srini held the position of AVP & Head of Technology at TD Insurance, where responsibilities included managing technology across various insurance lines. Prior experience includes a leadership role at Manulife, focusing on technology transformation and delivery for Group Retirement Services, and a long tenure at Tata Consultancy Services, which encompassed various managerial positions in client relations, business development, and process consultancy. Srini is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration with a focus on Employee Engagement at Royal Roads University and holds an M.S. in Management from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics, in addition to a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
