Steven Griffith

Steven Griffith currently serves as Team Leader for Claims at Definity since January 2026. Prior to this role, Steven spent nearly 25 years at Travelers Canada, progressing from Accident Benefits Claims Adjuster to Claims Specialist - Investigator, and ultimately to Claim Manager. In the capacity of Claim Manager, Steven was responsible for overseeing human and financial resources to ensure effective claims service delivery while optimizing loss cost management. Academic credentials include a Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) from the Insurance Institute of Canada, a Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation, and certification as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), alongside a diploma in Public and Private Investigation from Sheridan College.
