Julio Cesar Rodriguez Garcia has a diverse work experience in the field of software development. Julio Cesar started their career in 2011 as a Web Developer and Instructor at U.N.A.M. facultad de ingenieria, where they planned and presented Microsoft technologies courses and developed systems and modules using C# and ASP.NET.

In 2012, Julio joined the Federal Police in Mexico as a Senior .NET Developer. Here, they helped plan technical details and delivery times, developed a distributed ERP using MVC .NET and C#, implemented a HTTP caching strategy to improve performance, and participated in the ETL process and report creation using SSRS.

Following this, Julio worked at PagaTodo as a .NET/WCF Developer. Julio Cesar was responsible for managing new IT projects, developing web services for banking transactions, and creating the new version of the Starbucks MX website using C#.
