Aadam Lloyd

Aadam Lloyd currently serves as the Deputy Director for Group Employee Benefits, Employee Relations, Reward and Pensions at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, a position held since October 2016. In this role, Aadam has led efforts to rebuild a team amidst Covid-19 restrictions and is part of the HR Senior Leadership Team. Prior to this, Aadam was the Group Head of Reward at Defra, overseeing complex pay arrangements. Aadam’s experience also includes serving as a Senior Reward Consultant and Special Adviser Pay Policy Lead at the Cabinet Office, where Aadam managed diverse stakeholder needs while navigating the political landscape. Earlier experience includes a role as HR Business Partner at the Department for Work and Pensions, where Aadam acted as Programme Manager for the Corporate Centre Review. Aadam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Birmingham.
