Aadam Lloyd currently serves as the Deputy Director for Group Employee Benefits, Employee Relations, Reward and Pensions at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, a position held since October 2016. In this role, Aadam has led efforts to rebuild a team amidst Covid-19 restrictions and is part of the HR Senior Leadership Team. Prior to this, Aadam was the Group Head of Reward at Defra, overseeing complex pay arrangements.
