Andrew Phillips Mrics

Andrew Phillips MRICS currently serves as the Group Head of Property Programmes at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since August 2021. Prior to this, Andrew held the position of Assistant Director (Project Delivery) at HM Revenue & Customs from February 2018 to August 2021 and worked at Siemens as a Project Manager from April 2015 to February 2018. Andrew has extensive experience in project management and urban regeneration, having worked with Newcastle Science City, Newcastle City Council, Halcrow, and the University of Sunderland in various capacities focused on delivering significant development projects and strategic planning initiatives. Andrew holds a PgD in Spatial Planning from Newcastle University, an MSc in Sustainable Regeneration from Sunderland University, and a BSc in Environmental Management from Northumbria University.
