Anne Burt

Anne Burt is an experienced professional with two decades in change, engagement, communications, and continuous improvement. They have held notable positions such as Communications & PR Manager at Harrow NHS Primary Care Trust, Internal Communications Lead at the Vehicle & Operator Services Agency, and Head of Business Change at the Government Property Agency. Currently, Anne serves as the Head of Employee Engagement at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, where they design and lead strategic engagement initiatives. Additionally, they contribute as a Community Governor at Futura Learning Trust, supporting educational excellence. Anne holds a Master’s in Broadcast Journalism from Falmouth University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Related Literature from the University of York.
