Kim Jones

Kim has a financial services background, having spent 10 years working as an Executive Assistant to the Chairman of a large insurance company. In her next role, she spent 11 years working for two small businesses with responsibility for the business accounts, staff, and health and safety. She moved to the education section in 2010 having spent nine years as a governor for one of Excalibur’s primary schools. A qualified School Business Manager and Professional Member of the CIPD, Kim is responsible for human resource management and strategy across the Trust.
