Caroline Booth is an accomplished research professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Research and Evaluation at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since July 2021, Caroline previously held the position of Principal Researcher at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy from October 2017 to July 2021. Prior to these roles, Caroline worked at Ipsos MORI Social Research Institute for over a decade, where titles included Research Director, Associate Director, and Research Manager, contributing to strategic client management and project delivery. Caroline holds a Master’s Degree in Social Research from the University of Surrey and a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Sociology from the University of Southampton.
