Betsy Nolan

Betsy Nolan is an accomplished professional in research and evaluation with extensive experience in various roles within organizations focused on social impact. As the Associate Director of Learning and Impact at Polaris since February 2021, Betsy manages the National Survivor Study, enhancing the study's methodologies and frameworks addressing human trafficking. Prior experience includes serving as a Manager at International Business & Technical Consultants, Inc. overseeing global health initiatives and conducting mixed-methods evaluations for USAID programs. Betsy has a background in data management, research consulting, and journalism, complemented by a Master's Degree in International Development Economics from American University and a Bachelor's Degree in Community Development and Spanish from Portland State University.
