Ella Houzer

Ella Houzer is a Senior Policy Advisor at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, where they focus on agricultural regulatory reform within the Future Farming and Countryside programme. Ella has extensive experience in climate change research, having served as a Research Assistant at the Institute of Development Studies and worked as a Freelance Editor for World Agroforestry. They hold a Master's degree in Climate Change, Development and Policy from the Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex, and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Spanish from the University of Bristol. Prior to their current role, Ella has held project management positions at Strategic Agenda and Prime Production Ltd.
