Gary Kinsella

Gary Kinsella is an experienced professional currently serving as the ServiceNow Platform Owner and Head of End User Support at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since November 2017. In this role, Gary oversees the management and development of the ServiceNow platform and the end user portal, catering to 27,000 users and ensuring effective request and access management. Prior to this, Gary was involved with the Environment Agency from November 2008 to November 2017, where roles included Service Operations Manager and Head of Service Operations, focusing on infrastructure and application project transitions. Earlier experience includes positions at Mouchel and Hydro-Logic, as well as a foundational role as a Hydrometric Officer at the National Rivers Authority. Gary holds a BSc (Hons) in Water Resource Management from the University of Gloucestershire, completed between 1996 and 2004.
