Heather Duncan

Heather Duncan has extensive experience in digital and social media management, primarily within environmental organizations, having served as Social Media Project Manager at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since July 2017. Previously, Heather held roles at Natural England, including Acting Head of Media and Digital and Social Media Senior Adviser, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple social media accounts and managing communication strategies. Before joining Natural England, Heather worked as a National Press Officer for English Nature and gained journalistic experience as a Senior Reporter at the Basingstoke Gazette and a Reporter at Aldershot News. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacology from The University of Manchester.
