Imran Iftikhar

Imran Iftikhar has extensive experience in project and program management within the infrastructure and environmental sectors. Currently serving as a Program Manager at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since January 2021, Imran is part of the Senior Leadership team managing significant programs related to science facilities. Previous roles include Senior Projects Lead at DEFRA, Project Manager for infrastructure projects at Thames Water, and Project Delivery Manager at eight2O. Imran's career began as a Project Planner at Indus Construction Services and has included operational and construction engineering roles at Thames Water. Imran holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from NED University, two Master's degrees in Project Construction Management and Water and Environmental Engineering, and is currently pursuing a Project Leadership program at Cranfield School of Management.
