Iwan Evans

Iwan Evans is a UK Civil Service Science and Engineering Fast Streamer currently serving as a Scientific Advisor for Net Zero Strategy at DEFRA. A graduate of the University of Birmingham with a BSc in Biological Sciences, Iwan also earned a Master of Science in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London. They have held positions such as Project Support Associate at the Medical Research Network and Research Technician at the University of Birmingham, where they contributed to significant projects like FACE-Underground and MEMBRA. Additionally, Iwan is in the process of publishing research related to ash dieback disease severity.
